Customer Oriented Approach

During the first weeks of a project, Avantium's team is typically involved in preliminary work to measure and understand the compound properties and to finalize a design of experiments for the next phase in the project. After this initial stage, the project teams review and formally accept the project design allowing Avantium to start the screening work.

During the experimental programs, Avantium's customers receive weekly project updates from project leaders. In frequent conference calls and face-to-face meetings experimental results will be discussed as they become available.

On completion of the program, customers receive an electronic report containing an overview of the forms identified, the conclusions drawn, a description of the experiments performed and all the raw data generated during the program. Using an Avantium software tool, customers are able to browse through the report in an interactive fashion, allowing them to readily compare XRPD patterns, crystal images and other analytical results themselves and giving them full ownership of the results.

This ensures optimal use of the data supplied by Avantium and guarantees efficient and easily accessible storage for future use.
